In January of 1969, the American Culinary Federation held its annual Board of Directors Meeting at The Greenbrier in White Sulpher Springs in West Virginia. The Greenbrier was 150 years old, and a famous luxury resort. Chef Darrell Anderson attended the meeting to report on the efforts of the Washington State Chefs Association. The meetiing's host was Executive Food Director Herman G. Rusch. Many years later, Chef Anderson compiled a documentary history of that meeting. This is that history.
